Northeast Iowa MOU/IFA (PY24-PY27) – Modified July 1, 2026

This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and Infrastructure Funding Agreement (IFA) outlines the roles and responsibilities of required one-stop partners, service coordination, and the funding of shared infrastructure and operating costs within the Northeast Iowa American Job Centers.
