Request for Proposal Overview
The Northeast Iowa Workforce Development Board is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to interested and qualified applicants to provide the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Youth & Young Adult Program.

Questions and Answers
Potential respondents may submit questions about the RFP by emailing questions to: Taylor Williams, no later than 4 p.m. CST, Thursday, April 23, 2026. Questions will be responded to in writing and posted on this website. The last day the Board will post answers to RFP questions will be Friday, April 24, 2026.

Proposals Submission Deadline
All proposals are due by Tuesday, May 5, 2026, no later than 4:30 p.m. CST. Please submit proposals via email to Taylor Williams. Proposals submitted after 4:30 p.m. CST will not be accepted. Please click on the link below to view the RFP:
