Northeast Iowa Local Plan (PY24-PY27)

The Northeast Iowa Workforce Development Plan serves as the strategic roadmap for the region’s workforce system. Developed in collaboration with local employers, workforce partners, education providers, economic development organizations, and elected officials, the plan outlines how workforce services will be coordinated to meet the needs of job seekers, businesses, and communities throughout Northeast Iowa.

The plan identifies regional workforce priorities, describes service delivery strategies, outlines partner roles and responsibilities, and establishes goals for implementing the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) throughout the Northeast Iowa Workforce Development Area.
