Northeast Iowa LWDB Bylaws

The Northeast Iowa Workforce Development Board (NEIWDB) Bylaws establish the framework for how the Board is organized and governed. The Bylaws outline Board membership and leadership, roles and responsibilities, meetings and voting procedures, committees, and other requirements that guide the Board’s operations and decision-making.

The Bylaws help ensure the NEIWDB conducts its business in a consistent, transparent, and accountable manner while fulfilling its responsibilities under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA).
